Tayla earned her B.S. from Bridgewater State University, completed a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher training program from Honest Soul Yoga, and has seven years of experience providing community-based substance abuse, mental health, and trauma services. She is fascinated by the brain and truly enjoys supporting people along their journey of introspection and personal growth. She sought out yoga 8 years ago hoping to find relief from chronic pain. Along with physical improvement, Tayla also found strength, mental clarity, and emotional healing while practicing yoga and meditation. Tayla teaches yoga as a moving meditation; a tool to create a connection between mind and body using breath as a guide. She hopes to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can explore, test limits, and take home invaluable skills that will support you both on and off the mat.
